Shipping & Returns

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Harmona Health. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Confirmation

Once you've placed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided. Please save this email as it serves as your proof of purchase.

2. Order Processing Time

Order processing time is the period required to prepare your items for shipment.

After your payment is authorized and verified, we typically process orders within 2 days. If there are any delays, we will reach out to you directly.

Please note: Depending on order volume, some orders may be shipped as early as the next day, while others may take up to 4 days.

4. Delivery and Shipping Rates

All our parcels are shipping using Standard Shipping at a flat fee of $9.99

Most orders will arrive within 5 - 7 business days with Standard Shipping

We offer free Standard Shipping on any order over $60.00 within USA

 

Please note:

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Shipping and Delivery: We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery Variability: Delivery dates can vary based on the carrier's practices, your location, delivery method, and the items ordered.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not liable for delivery issues if an incorrect shipping address is provided.

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. After placing your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that these delivery estimates start from the shipment date, not the order date, and are meant as a guide only. All delivery estimates are subject to order approval and acceptance. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In most cases, we do our best to ensure your order is fulfilled promptly.

5. Tracking Options

Harmona Health aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will recieve a link to track your package.

  • Domestic Only - all orders delivered within USA automatically have tracking.

6. Damages

If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@harmonahealth.com

7. Missing or Lost Package

In cases of missing packages, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour! We politely request that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at support@harmonahealth.com to report missing or lost packages.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Unfortunately, due to health regulations, we cannot accept the return of any nutritional products due to change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

Where required under United States Consumer Law, Harmona Health will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or
  • The product is faulty, and

You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

Harmona Health reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the United States Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
